Abstract

Artificial intelligence is reshaping every industry, including healthcare, health education, health promotion and sports. This paper examined the use of AI in health education and health promotion, exploring its application and impact. It also reviewed the proactive approach of AI in managing athletes’ health, including injury prevention and performance optimisation. The paper explored the future of AI in health education, health promotion and sports and discussed AI ethics in health education and health promotion. It emphasized the need for healthcare professionals and health educators to understand what AI is and how it works.
